Peak-Valley Arbitrage
2026-2-04
This is a customer in Huizhou. The customer has two 1000KVA transformers, and the factory building is self-owned. One transformer supplies power to their own factory, while the other serves tenants. To reduce electricity costs and achieve peak-valley arbitrage, the customer has installed two 522kWh energy storage cabinets, placed respectively under each transformer.

Through the company's self-developed EMS system, the customer can monitor electricity usage data, energy storage status, and revenue in real time, gaining precise insights into consumption patterns. However, actual operation has revealed that the current energy storage capacity is far from sufficient to meet peak-valley arbitrage demands, making it difficult to effectively balance the electrical load.

Therefore, the customer plans to add four more 522kWh energy storage cabinets after the New Year. By further expanding energy storage capacity, they aim to fully replace peak-time electricity consumption, achieving the goal of "essentially using no peak-time grid power"—fundamentally optimizing the energy consumption structure and improving energy utilization efficiency.
