Vietnam 522kWh C&I BESS Solution for Factory Peak Shaving and Energy Cost Optimization
LVK Power provided a 522kWh commercial and industrial battery energy storage system (C&I BESS) for a manufacturing factory in Vietnam. The solution helps reduce peak electricity demand, optimize energy consumption, and improve factory energy management through intelligent EMS control and flexible battery operation.
Project Overview
Project Background
Customer Needs
High Electricity Demand During Production Hours Manufacturing equipment such as production lines, motors, compressors, and HVAC systems can create significant electricity demand peaks during operation. Increasing Energy Management Pressure As industrial electricity consumption continues to grow, factories need smarter ways to optimize energy usage and control operating costs. Limited Flexibility from Grid Power Relying only on grid electricity makes it difficult for factories to respond quickly to demand fluctuations. Need for Intelligent Energy Control The project required a system capable of monitoring electricity demand and automatically controlling battery charging and discharging.

Integrated ESS Design For Site Operations
LVK Power supplied a 522kWh commercial battery energy storage system designed for industrial peak shaving applications.
The system integrates battery storage, PCS, EMS, and factory power systems to create a flexible energy management solution.
During low-demand periods, the battery can store electricity according to the project operating strategy.
During peak demand periods, the BESS provides additional power support to reduce grid load and optimize electricity consumption.
The solution enables factories to better manage their energy usage while improving operational flexibility.
