1.Rising electricity costs increased factory operating expenses. 2.The existing 1 MWp solar system could not fully meet energy demand. 3.Excess solar energy generated during the day could not be stored. 4.The factory remained highly dependent on the utility grid. 5.The customer required greater energy independence and long-term energy stability.

Integrated ESS Design For Site Operations

1.Expanded the solar capacity by adding 1.17 MWp, increasing the total installed capacity to 2.17 MWp. 2.Deployed a 2088 kWh containerized battery energy storage system. 3.Adopted a modular design for easier transportation, installation, and future expansion. 4.Implemented advanced DC-coupled solar and storage technology. 5.Integrated an intelligent Energy Management System (EMS). 6.Established an operating strategy prioritizing solar power, followed by battery storage, with the grid serving as backup power.
