We have written customer stories from Germany, Poland, Spain, France, and Sweden. Today, we are telling the story of a sixth customer. He comes from Greece, runs a small guesthouse on an island in the Aegean Sea, and his name is Nikos.

Mr. Nikos’s problem is different from all the previous customers. His island is not connected to the mainland power grid. All electricity on the island comes from diesel generators.

Previously, we shared the stories of a German baker, a Polish farmer, a Spanish olive oil mill owner, and a French winery owner. Today, we are telling the story of a fifth customer. He comes from Sweden, lives in a small town near the Arctic Circle, and his name is Eriksson.

Mr. Eriksson’s problem is different from the previous four. He is not trying to save on electricity bills—although electricity in Sweden is not cheap either. Nor is he worried about power outages—even though they do experience frequent outages there. His core issue is that his energy storage cabinet must operate normally in temperatures as low as minus thirty degrees Celsius.

In previous articles, we wrote about the German baker, the Polish farmer, and the Spanish olive oil mill owner. Today, we are telling the story of a fourth customer. He comes from the Burgundy region of France, is the owner of a winery, and his name is Leclerc.

Mr. Leclerc’s concern is different from all the previous ones. He is not trying to save on electricity bills, nor is he worried about power outages, nor is he aiming to change his production schedule. His goal is: to run his winery on electricity generated by himself, achieving energy independence.

In Spain, electricity is billed under a time‑of‑use tariff. The daytime is peak hours, when electricity is most expensive; the nighttime is off‑peak hours, when electricity is much cheaper—about half the daytime rate. To save on electricity costs, Mr. Fernando had no choice but to schedule the pressing after ten o’clock at night. Every night, his workers started their shift and worked until three or four in the morning.

Customers are the most important part of Longvictor New Electrical’s story. Without their trust, we would be nothing. So in this article, we want to tell the story of a real customer. To protect privacy, we have withheld his full name and exact address, but every detail in the story is true.

His name is Müller. He runs a traditional bakery in a small town in Bavaria, Germany.

We’ve turned Longvictor New Electrical inside out. The workshop, processes, after‑sales, customers, employees, orders, failures, details, innovations, vision… we’ve covered every angle.

But there’s one angle we haven’t written about specifically: time.

Longvictor New Electrical was not built in a day. From a small workshop in the very beginning to the factory we have today—which is decent enough—it took ten years. Over those ten years, we moved our factory twice, upgraded through three generations of products, bid farewell to a number of veteran employees, and welcomed many new faces.

We’ve talked a lot about “how to make a good energy storage cabinet.” From the production line to after‑sales service, from details to philosophy, from failures to growth. All of this has been about the past and the present.

But today, we’d like to talk about the future.

Those who do B2B business know that when overseas customers select a supplier, what they value most is not price, not delivery time, and not even the product itself—it is trust.

Trust is not something that can be built with a contract, nor can it be fully resolved by a single factory inspection. It is a long process, accumulated through one instance after another of “doing what you said you would do.”

In the previous articles, we talked a lot about production, after‑sales service, and the people involved. But there is one topic we haven’t explored in depth: design.

Many people think that an energy storage cabinet is just a metal box with batteries inside and a screen on the outside—nothing much to talk about in terms of design. In fact, that’s not true. Whether an energy storage cabinet is good to use often depends less on how good the cells inside are, and more on those subtle design details that you don’t see.

The previous articles talked about our workshop, processes, after‑sales service, customer factory inspections, people, and order journeys. Reading through them, you might get the impression that everything at Longvictor New Electrical seems to be done well, with every step going smoothly.

Our packaging standard is as follows: reinforced wooden crates, cushioning materials filled inside, gaps between the cabinet and the crate secured with corner protectors and foam, three layers of waterproof film wrapped around the outside, corner guards added to all four corners, and fork lift pockets left at the bottom.
